• Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity and your flight may need to be cancelled for safety reasons if the weather forecast is unsuitable for safe flight.
• In the event of a weather cancellation, the Flexi Ticket option you have chosen can be rescheduled to another date OR  refunded in full upon request.
• An admin fee may apply to any cancellations made by you before your first scheduled flight date
• Cancellation or rescheduling of your flight within 72 hours of your scheduled flight time is not permitted.

• The balloon basket does not have a door. You will need to be able to climb aboard the basket using foot holds cut into the side of the basket in order to participate in this adventure activity.
