Paddle through Noosa Heads' hidden waterways and mangrove tunnels with our new 2-hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) tour. Designed for both beginners and experienced paddlers, this tour offers a  stand up paddle boarding experience in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Our professional instructors will start with a brief on-water training session to ensure you are comfortable and confident on your board. Once you are ready, we will guide you through the tranquil and less-travelled paths of Noosa’s waterways, including some hidden mangrove tunnels. As you paddle, immerse yourself in the lush landscapes and vibrant local wildlife. The calm waters provide a perfect backdrop for spotting native birds, sting rays, and perhaps even dolphins in their natural habitat. There is a nice spot along the way where we will stop so you can have a quick and refreshing swim. This is totally optional though!= We can pick you up from locations in Noosaville and Noosa Heads! This tour is tailored to all skill levels, featuring exceptionally calm waters that are perfect for beginners. - Includes: Self guided, Fully guided or Private stand up paddle experience, wildlife on offer on the day, local commentary, equipment, swimming. - What to bring:Please bring a hat, sunscreen, change of clothes, towel, water bottles Tour options: 1. Self Guided: You will receive an in-depth briefing and Stand Up Paddle Instructions prior to departure. The tour guide will give you a map, and wildlife info sheet. They will help you to get onto the water.  2. Fully Guided: Upgrade this tour to a fully guided tour. For this tour, a guide will stay with you on the water at all times. Other bookings might be joining the group as well. 3. Private: Upgrade this tour to a fully private & guided tour. For this tour, you will have the tour guide all to yourself. The tour will be completely private for your group only.
