Atlantic Clipper 2 Day Whitsundays Sailing

The Atlantic Clipper is the biggest and most social boat in the Whitsundays — a 34-metre tall ship across three levels with a spa, waterslide, dive platform and 21 air-conditioned cabins. If you want a floating festival with Whitehaven Beach thrown in, this is the one.

The boat carries up to 54 guests and a crew of six, and the atmosphere is deliberately energetic. The crew run activities, host evening entertainment, and keep the vibe going from departure to return. During the day you'll visit Whitehaven Beach (7km of pure white silica sand), hike to Hill Inlet lookout, and snorkel on coral reefs around the islands — North Hook is the standout spot, with parrotfish, clownfish, giant clams and the occasional turtle.

Between stops there's a 12-person hot spa on deck, an 8-metre inflatable waterslide off the side of the boat, stand-up paddleboards, and enough sun deck space for everyone. The boat is fully air-conditioned (essential in summer) with hot showers and a massive saloon that fits everyone for meals.

All meals are freshly prepared and included. BYO drinks — there's a walk-in cold room for storage (no glass, no red wine). Cabins are shared 2, 3 or 4-berth with air conditioning and fresh linen.

Dolphins visit the boat on about 8 out of 10 trips — the same pod has been following Atlantic Clipper for years. Whale watching is a bonus in season (July-September).
