Underwater wonderland

Diving here is magic

Worth every cent
The outer reef is so much better than the closer spots. Warm water, tons of fish and a super friendly crew. Snorkel and the glass-bottom boat were both great.

Amazing day on the water
Well-run trip with plenty of time in the water. A couple of people got seasick but the crew handled it well. Coral gardens were spectacular.

Dive into the clear waters off Byron Bay and explore Nguthungulli Julian Rocks, a remarkable marine reserve known for its incredible variety of sea life. This is one of those places where the ocean feels alive around you — with more than 1,000 marine species recorded here, including rays, sharks, loggerhead and green turtles, hawksbill turtles, and an impressive mix of tropical and temperate fish.
You’ll spend around an hour in the water, drifting over reef edges and rocky channels while your guide helps you make the most of every moment. With full snorkelling gear provided and transfers to the site included, all you need to do is show up ready to swim, breathe, and enjoy the view beneath the surface. If you’ve ever wanted to see Byron Bay from the other side of the wave, this is the one to book.
Know before you go: - Minimum age for this activity is 10 years old. - Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - This tour involves open-water swimming and is not suitable for non-swimmers or anyone uncomfortable in the ocean. - This experience may not be suitable if you have back, heart, or lung conditions, or if you are pregnant. - Bring proof of ID, swimwear, a sun hat, a water bottle, and a change of clothes. - Check-in is at 5 Marvell Street, Byron Bay, and daylight saving time may affect your arrival time by one hour compared with Queensland.
