For weekends, the default is Friday at 12pm Brisbane time (AEST). For November weekdays, the deadline is midday on the previous business day. An earlier operator deadline takes priority. No. The Langports Student Price is applied automatically — no code needed. Where a card says “Confirmed soon”, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out for you.

For Langports bookings, Dundee adds no cancellation or administration fees and waives its own blanket refund restrictions. Supplier cancellation charges, deadlines and change conditions still apply, subject to your statutory consumer rights. Read the student terms and supplier conditions, then WhatsApp us as early as possible if your plans change.

Every card lists what to bring for that activity. As a rule: comfortable shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat and your phone. For water activities, bring swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes.

Your place is guaranteed only after payment and operator confirmation are both complete. A payment receipt alone is not confirmation. Students may join public tours, so students booking separately are not guaranteed seats on the same departure.
