Q: Where is the tour pickup point?
A: Default pickup is at Stay at Alice Springs Hotel (formerly Aurora), 6:00–6:30 AM. You must contact us in advance if you wish to arrange a different pickup location.
Q: What’s the luggage allowance?
A: Max 15kg in a soft bag + small daypack. No hard cases.
Q: Can you cater for special diets?
A: Yes. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and no pork. No religious-specific meals. Must advise at booking.
Q: What if I have medical conditions or medications?
A: Inform us during booking. This is a remote area with limited access to medical services.
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
A: Yes – it is mandatory for international travellers. Proof is required at the start of the tour.
