1: Is swimming with the whales guaranteed?
No. While whale sightings are guaranteed, in water encounters depend on the whales' behavior and safety conditions.
2: What’s the minimum age to join?
15+ and must be a confident swimmer in open water.
3: Do I need prior snorkeling experience?
Yes. You must be comfortable snorkeling in the open ocean without flotation.
4: What happens in bad weather?
Tours may be rescheduled. You’ll be notified via SMS/email.
5: Can I bring a camera?
Yes, but we recommend waterproof or GoPro-style cameras.
Liability waiver must be completed before arrival (sent by email after booking).
Departure times follow NSW time - adjust if traveling from Queensland.
Arrive 30 minutes early - late arrivals will not be accommodated.
Conditions permitting - if unsafe, your tour may be rescheduled.
Must be able to swim unassisted; no flotation devices provided.
