A: Yes. This great white shark dive and tour uses a secure surface cage, and the experienced crew provide full safety briefings for beginners and non-divers.
A: No experience is required. The cage remains at the surface, making it suitable for first-timers and confident swimmers.
A: Cage time depends on shark activity on the day, as the sharks are wild and come and go naturally. The crew does their best to give each group a similar amount of time based on the level of interaction. Keep in mind that the day also includes great viewing opportunities from the boat while you wait for your turn.
A: Sightings are highly likely thanks to the licensed use of natural berley, but not guaranteed. If no sharks appear, the No Shark Policy provides a generous return voucher.
A: Here's a list of things we recommend you to bring:

A: Yes. The price is the same for divers and non-divers, and the viewing decks offer fantastic shark-spotting opportunities.
A: Because sharks are wild and constantly moving, we cannot guarantee the best time to join the tour as conditions change each year.
A: Berley is a finely minced mix of natural fish products placed in the water to create a scent that can attract sharks. The Neptune Islands Marine Park already draws sharks naturally because of the year-round colony of more than 40,000 Long Nosed Fur Seals. Berley only works on sharks that are already close to the area, as they are nomadic animals that visit the islands to feed.
• Open-dated bookings require 7 days’ notice.
• All bookings must be reconfirmed 2 days before departure.
• Availability must be confirmed as tours do not operate daily.
• Cancellations within 2 days of departure incur a 100% fee.
• Cancellations between 2–365 days incur a 20% fee.
• Tours may be cancelled due to extreme weather or mechanical issues.
• If cancelled by the operator, guests receive a full refund of the tour price.
• Travel, flights or accommodation costs are not covered; travel insurance is recommended.
• Shark sightings are not guaranteed.
• If no sharks appear, guests receive a $300 return voucher (valid for 24 months).
• Vouchers are non-transferable and require ID on rebooking.
• Further vouchers apply if sharks aren’t seen on second or third attempts.
