1: Is this tour suitable for children?
Children aged 3+ are welcome with adult supervision. Children 13-17 can participate independently in the balloon flight but must stay accompanied during the full-day tour.
2: What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather prevents the flight, you can reschedule. If not possible, the cost of iFly will be deducted and the remainder refunded.
3: Do I need snorkelling experience?
No prior experience needed. A snorkel lesson is included if required.
4: Are dietary requirements catered for?
The buffet lunch includes a variety of items, but please contact us in advance for special dietary needs.
5: Can I bring my own snorkelling gear?
You may, but all necessary equipment is provided on the island.
Children under 3 years old cannot participate.
Ages 3-12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants must be able to climb into the basket and stand for the balloon flight.
Not suitable for pregnant women or those who dived the previous day.
Not suitable for passengers impaired by alcohol or medication.
Hot air ballooning is weather dependent. If cancelled, the iFly indoor skydiving remains available, but $69pp will be deducted from refund.
Avoid large bags; white clothing is not recommended.
Wear long pants, closed shoes, and bring layers due to changing temperatures.
