A: This tour is designed for backpackers and young travellers aged 18–35 who want a social, active and budget-friendly way to experience K’gari (Fraser Island). You don’t need any 4WD or camping experience – just a sense of adventure.
A: Yes, if you are 21+ with at least 2 years of driving experience and hold a valid full driver’s licence (English or International). Your guide will run a safety briefing and 4WD training session before you hit the sand.
A: No. All camping equipment is provided, including permanent tents, foam mattresses and pillows. You just need to bring your own sleeping bag or hire one, plus clothes and personal items.
A: Tours depart daily from Noosa and Rainbow Beach. Choose your preferred departure point when booking. You will return to the same location after the tour.
A: The beachside eco-campsite has permanent tents, eco beach showers and festival-style toilets. There are no hot showers, so expect basic but comfortable facilities.
