Q: What is the age limit?
A: Passengers must be 10 years or older. Teens aged 16–18 may ride solo with guardian consent.
Q: Do I need experience?
A: No prior experience needed. All riders complete a safety briefing before departure.
Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: Tours run in most conditions. If cancelled due to unsafe weather, a full refund or reschedule is offered.

Price is based on one adult per jet ski.
A maximum of one passenger is allowed per jet ski.
Guests must meet their guide outside Bella Restaurant (f3/19 Kitchener Dr, Darwin City 0800) at least 30 minutes before the tour starts.
Passengers aged 10–15 years may ride as passengers with a driver aged 18 years or older. Teenagers aged 12–15 years may drive under the supervision of an adult at the guide’s discretion. Teenagers aged 16–18 years may ride solo with parent or guardian authorisation.
The combined weight limit for rider and passenger must not exceed 200 kg.
All participants must read, write, and understand English to take part in the tour.
Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The rider is responsible for safely controlling their jet ski and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Riders are liable for up to $5000 in repairs for any damage caused by collision, going off course, or careless actions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour: no refund and rescheduling not permitted.
Cancellations 24–48 hours prior: 50% cancellation fee, rescheduling permitted.
Cancellations 48–72 hours prior: 25% cancellation fee, rescheduling permitted.
Cancellations 72 hours or more prior: 5% cancellation fee, rescheduling permitted.
Group bookings require at least 7 days’ notice for cancellation.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
No-shows or late arrivals will forfeit the booking with no refund.
