The operator may change the itinerary, snorkel locations, overnight anchorages, or substitute the vessel if required.
Weather & itinerary changes: The Whitsundays is a marine environment and conditions can change quickly. The skipper selects the best and safest locations for the day based on wind, weather and tides. Snorkelling and other water activities may be restricted for individuals or the whole group due to conditions, medical considerations, ability, conduct, or equipment.
Travel insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially if you are travelling on a tight schedule. Weather and transport delays can occur (particularly in summer months) and may impact your ability to make the scheduled departure.
Check-in & reconfirmation: You must reconfirm your booking 48 hours prior to departure and complete any required online check-in. You must be able to present your boarding pass/check-in confirmation on the day of travel to board.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 21 days prior to travel date are non refundable.
