Day 1 – Depart Rainbow Beach

  • Meet at Freedom Hostel at 7:00am for a compulsory tour briefing and group allocation.

  • Store luggage and learn how to drive safely on K’gari (Fraser Island).

  • Depart for K’gari around 9:30am with a short drive and 10-minute barge crossing.

  • Stop at Eurong Beach Resort on 75 Mile Beach for morning tea (own cost).

  • Visit Lake McKenzie for swimming, lunch, and relaxation.

  • Drive to the beach campsite around 3:00pm, set up, and enjoy dinner and drinks.

Day 2 – Explore K’gari Highlights

  • Enjoy breakfast before a full day of sightseeing.
