Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following time frames:

  • Cancellations within 28 days of the start date incur a 100% fee (no refund).
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 27 days before the start date incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations made between 28 days and 365 days before the start date incur a $250 fee.
  • If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be provided.

Terms and Conditions

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you’d like to change to a different tour, move your booking to another departure date, or transfer your booking to another person, you must let us know at least 30 days before departure. A $200 per person change fee may apply, along with any additional charges from third-party suppliers. Requests made within 30 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and standard cancellation fees will apply. Transfers to another person are only allowed if they meet all tour requirements, and date changes are limited to departures within the current operating period. Please note that no booking changes are allowed within 7 days of departure.

Travel insurance is compulsory for all tours and must cover the full duration of your trip, including medical emergencies and cancellations.
