The operator may cancel a tour before departure due to events outside their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, political instability, or other unforeseen events.
Requests to change tours, departure dates, or transfer bookings to another person must be made at least 30 days before departure.
Sleeping bags are required on Swag Camping tours or where outlined in the trip’s “Important Information”. You may bring your own or purchase one in advance via your travel agent. Sleeping bags cannot be purchased once the trip has begun.

Minimum age: For the majority of tours, the minimum age is 8 years at the time of travel. Travellers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or a responsible adult over 18 appointed by their legal guardian. The legal guardian is responsible for the under-18 traveller’s day-to-day care.
Please note we cannot guarantee triple or adjoining rooms/tents for families; accompanying adults may be required to share with others in the group.
Maximum age: For the majority of tours there is no upper age limit. Tours can be physically demanding, and travellers must be suitably fit to participate. Travellers aged 70+ are required to review and sign a medical form. Due to remote locations and the challenging nature of extended camping tours, older travellers should carefully consider their health and ability to participate for their safety and the benefit of the group.
