Where does the tour depart from?
The tour departs from Hervey Bay. Pickups are available from selected accommodation (Eco Woolshed, Flashpackers and YHA/Colonial Village). Pickups usually start from 7:00am (subject to change).
What time do we need to meet?

Where do we stay overnight?
You’ll stay in a private beach house at Eurong on K’gari’s eastern beach, in quad share rooms with shared bathrooms, hot showers, toilets, and communal areas (deck + kitchen/BBQ).
What meals are included?
Meals included are: Lunch x 2, Dinner x 1, Breakfast x 1, plus snacks.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?

No refunds or date changes within 7 days of departure. Cancellations 7–365 days before departure incur a 0% fee (full refund), and cancellations within 7 days incur a 100% fee.

The itinerary can change due to tides, weather, seasonal conditions, or track/beach access closures. Your guide will adjust the route to maximise safety and the best experience.
If you are booking open-dated, Fraser Dingo requires a minimum of 14 days’ notice to secure your travel date (subject to availability).
All bookings must be reconfirmed 2 days before your scheduled start date. If you do not reconfirm by the required time, the operator may treat the booking as a no-show and standard cancellation terms may apply.
